Shipping & Returns
We process and ship orders from our Los Angeles studio Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and mailed through USPS ground shipping within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. All orders are handmade, so processing time for certain pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided with the order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the shipping email.
International Shipping is available to select countries. Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars. All relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price and it is the buyer's responsibility to research and adhere to their local country's duties and import requirements.
Because of the handmade/made to order nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange of the same item.
